A multi-level parking lot will be located on Kurkinskoe Highway between the Country Park Business Center and the Stary Gorod mixed-use center.

The Country Park is a modern business center, a city within a city located on the shores of the Butakovsky Bay of Khimki Reservoir. Its architectural dominant – is a new high-rise tower with a glass facade. The Stary Gorod has been designed as a low-rise city block with a strong recreational component. Between these two projects, fully different in their styles and scale, we had to design a multi-level parking lot for almost a thousand vehicles.

In the end, we chose a style, not focused on the two above-mentioned objects, but rather on the landscape of Butakovsky Bay – the mirror-like water surface and yacht club marina.

The facades are modern sails made of woven fabric, which provide the necessary ventilation for the open parking lot. This “Ship”, sailing along the Highway, visually separates the low-rise Stary Gorod from the high-rise business center buildings.
