Autodesk Reference Report
Autodesk has listed BPS International GmbH as a reference company on Revit’s homepage in the field of building information modeling.
“Autodesk solutions offer BPS International GmbH the opportunity to work in the same software landscape from model creation during the planning phase to operation and administration of the building. BPS is thus opening up massive savings in facility management to customers,” says Autodesk. On the basis of the planning project for the 22-storey “Country Park III” complex in Moscow, the possibility of massive savings in facility management will be displayed.
Autodesk also reports on its website about the BPS planning project for the construction of the “Plaza” in Munich. On behalf of IBF Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, 3D models of the technical building equipment will be created and checked for possible collisions for the building complex, which will house two hotels and several retail shops in addition to office space.
“We incorporate data into our Revit model that the future building operator can use for the later operation of the building – such as information on room cubes and areas or the cooling and heating requirements,” reports BPS BIM manager Julia Zolotova. “The Revit model gives the client not only an overview of how different rooms work, but also how they are operated optimally.
Nick Loth, Business Development at BPS International is also pleased about the good cooperation with Autodesk:
“Our planners love working with Autodesk Revit. We are pleased to create custom BIM models for our customers using Autodesk solutions. This enables us to offer optimal BIM-based planning for general contractors and achieve massive savings for our FM customers.
