The modern piers of the yacht club are designed to accommodate 54 yachts and boats ranging in length from 5 to 17 meters (15 to 50 feet) with a draft of up to 1.7 meters.

At the club, there is a wooden house for boaters, a summer theater stage and a bar, which are also created from wood. The marina is located in the waters of Butakovsky Bay of the Khimki Reservoir.
