Parking lot at the Levoberezhnaya Dubrava Residential Development
The open multi-level parking lot at the Levoberezhnaya Dubrava housing estate has enough space for 522 vehicles. This construction of a rectangular shape with cantilever offsets, underlining the strict geometry, has eight floors above the ground and a basement level. On the first and basement floors are premises designated for concomitant use.
Modern materials were used in the exterior finishing: metal mesh, grooved metal panels, granite, and stained glass. The vented facade is covered with composite panels. The laconic, restrained color and texture of materials, used in the decoration of the facades, do not contrast with the surrounding buildings. Plans have been made for vertical greening of the facade.
Levoberezhnaya Dubrava Residential Development is located in Khimki, on the banks of the Moscow Canal.
