The focus relies on the creation of building information models (BIM) and the development of solutions for effective planning and operation of real estate with 4D / 5D planning tools and IoT systems. As specialist planner, as developer, investor and operator of own commercial real estate, BPS International can draw on extensive practical experience in the planning and operation of large real estate, and pass this knowledge on to customers.
