The Levoberezhnaya Dubrava Residential Complex is located in an oasis of pristine nature on the banks of the Moscow Canal. It consists of three residential buildings, an innovative daycare and a multi-level parking lot. The distinctive feature of this project – is maximum respect for the environment. The built-up area has been minimized to preserve the unique parkland. One of the ideas was suggested by nature: a tree trunk takes up little space, but the branches of its crown spread out wide. This principle was also implemented in the design of residential buildings. The highlight of the concept – are the gardens on the terraces of the last three floors.
