House Henniges
Henniges family home (Germany)
This low-energy use house is made of wooden structures. A high-quality facade system, which is rarely used in such small objects, was installed on the south facade. The aluminum profiles of the facade glazing are attached to the load-bearing wooden column, providing an advantageous appearance in the interior of the living room. Window frames and facade details are made based on individual sketches.
For this project, more than 30 special structural elements were developed.
In the finishing of the vented facade untreated Siberian larch and aluminum were used.
The house was designed and built in 1998-1999 by the Hausbauplus Bureau. All stages of the design and supervision: A. Al-Samarrai, D. Kats.
