Denezhnikovo Gerontology Center
Denezhnikovo Regional Gerontology and Geriatric Rehabilitation Center (Denezhnikovo Gerontology Center)
This project involves the reconstruction of an abandoned Pioneer camp in Moscow, followed by its conversion into an international class medical center. Upon the reconstruction of existing buildings and the erection of new buildings, a single complex will be created that meets the requirements of modern geriatric medicine.
Covered and heated passageways connect all facilities of the center, which is very convenient for patients and commercial entities. This solution increases the efficiency of the health care being provided.
The accommodation of patients in small groups provides a cozy atmosphere, close to the one at home.
In addition to residential units and medical offices, the complex includes a multipurpose auditorium, physiotherapy gym, recreation room, cafe and restaurant.
The complex is located on the land parcel in such a way that vehicles drive up to it from the north side, while the south side overlooks the park with a descent to the river. This part of the site is designed for taking walks.
Important fact – the old structures, which were considered ruins, will not be scrapped, but will be fully utilized in the new constructions.
