This complex is designed in accordance with Western standards of design for such institutions, implying a comfortable stay for elderly folks in small blocks of 10-18 people.

The main entrance leads into a spacious light-filled atrium, where the central reception desk for patients is fashioned. The atrium space also features administrative offices, a central cafe, hall for parties and other events, multipurpose zones for occupational therapy, group exercises, relaxation, and dining.

Compulsory quarantine section and medical offices are located on the ground floor. Halls for gymnastics and fitness facilities are located on the second level.

All rooms are of the same shape and size, and each can be converted into a double, which provides additional accommodation options.

For the convenience of people with disabilities, there are spacious rooms (18.5 sq m) and bathroom (5.5 sq m), meeting the Western and Russian standards.
