This is a modern, seven-story Class A office building. The highlight of the project is its transparent atrium, thanks to which the entire premise is provided with extra natural light. There are apartments on the upper floors, with spacious green terraces and a view of the Khimki Reservoir embankment.

BPS Planung jointly designed the building with CMA Architectural Center – Studio of Victor Logvinov.
