The modern 17-story building is finished in warm colors.

In 2004, the Country Park I became the first ‘Class A’ office center located outside Moscow city limits. The architectural appearance hints at a marine theme. Along the edges of the building are emergency evacuation stairs, making its silhouette more expressive.

The elevator shafts and communication ducts form a powerful and strong pivot. On each floor adjoining them are the washrooms. This solution enables us to significantly economize the usable areas and make the most efficient use of premises on floors with open space layouts.

All floors of the building overlook the waters of the bay and Khimki Reservoir.
