This is a modern, 22-story Class A office building. Besides the administrative premises, there are also a multipurpose congress hall and a Russian-German medical center.

The façade of the building faces the Khimki Reservoir, where natural landscape oases have been preserved. These stunning views of Moscow have become a kind of continuation of the office space.

Thanks to large, panoramic windows, Country Park III is flooded with sunlight. The already-built site has been thoroughly restored on the roof of the tower, which houses spacious green terraces.
