The Country Park – is one of the first business centers in Russia built on the principle of “city within a city”. Its philosophy is based on creating a special atmosphere: the tenants are offered not just four walls, but a way of business life.

In 2001, when the Country Park existed only on paper, the land parcel it now stands on was a depressed area with narrow silted creek and a waste dump. Over time, a landscaped promenade and park were built, the coast was widened and the waters of Butakovsky Bay of the Khimki Reservoir were cleaned.

In 2005, the Country Park received a special prize from the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Moscow for a comfortable recreational environment.

The landscape design is a joint project of BPS Planung and the Megli Company.
