The beach of the Country Park Business Complex is located on the shores of Butakovsky Bay of Khimki Reservoir.

The highlight of the beachfront area – is the swimming pool with its crystal clear water, its quality being controlled by a computerized system. At night, a special robot cleans the floor and walls of the pool. This is the first, and so far the only, floating pool in Russia.

In the evening, its bowl (measuring 9 by 12 meters and 1.4 m deep) is illuminated by LED spotlights. The water temperature, depending on the weather conditions, is maintained at 28-34оС. Variable height massage jets aqua-massage the bather’s entire body – from feet to shoulders.

In the construction of the pool, we used the traditional Country Park “green” technologies: the water is warmed used the heat generated by the chillers in the air conditioning system of the office center. The finishing is made of natural wood.
