This is one of Volgograd’s central hotels. The project envisages an entire reconstruction, as well as a new wing.

The facility fully meets the requirements of several international brands. After construction is complete, the number of rooms will rise to 158 (114 in the reconstructed building and 44 in the new wing).

Besides hotel rooms, the hotel complex, which has a high-rise atrium, will include a restaurant, cafe, and conference center.
