ART GRAND Hotel, a new high-rise building in the center of Voronezh, is destined to join the ranks of the city’s urban landmarks. The hotel is as if fixed as the axle of one of the city’s main thoroughfares.

This 220-room hotel contains apartments, restaurants, a spacious lobby bar, and a conference hall. The building, which has three underground floors, closely borders with the surrounding buildings, meaning that it required a whole host of complicated structural solutions.
