This multifunctional complex includes the hotels Ramada Plaza 4+ star and the Days Inn 3-star. The project also has a shopping center, restaurants and bars, as well as underground parking.

This facility, being located in the historic center, from where the Church on Blood is visible, dictated the creation of specific aesthetics. Several different options for the facades of the complex were proposed.
