The authors of this project offered a variety of stylistic solutions, including customized ones. All interiors are decorated in the European style. Special distinctive features include the efficient use of space and comfortable and functional zoning. Soft pastel colors dominate throughout. The use of new building materials and modern furniture was encouraged.

The residential buildings were tailor-made, which distinguishes them from the standard comfort-class structures.
