This site neighbors on the famous Massandra Beach in one of the best locations on the Crimean coast.

The project is unique for the complexity of the landscape and the need to integrate supporting walls and foundations that were created over 30 years ago into the building. It was no small effort to erect an ideal hotel in these conditions. The entrance lobby is on the first floor, over 20 meters above the hotel’s public areas, which are located on the waterfront level.
