Hampton by Hilton Ufa is characterized by simple modern shapes. The distinctive feature of this project is that on a difficult to configure land parcel, they managed to arrange the classical shape of a hotel building with the necessary parking and fire access routes.

An important solution used in the design of this building – is the increased height of the first floor and a dynamic canopy shape. These architectural touches give the entrance lobby and public areas a feel of solemnity and solidity.

The hotel has 160 guest rooms, and a total area of 6,500 sq m. The building is located on one of the main streets of the city.

The project design has been approved by the hotel chain, and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2015.
