In the construction industry, BPS International, together with FERCHAU, is focusing on digitalization through Building Information Modeling (BIM) in order to present effectively the building life cycle. As part of a project for a leading pharmaceutical company, the BIM experts from BPS are creating a detailed 3D model of a laboratory building. This enables precise collision control between different areas, minimizes planning errors and increases the quality of execution.
Autodesk Revit is used to convert all 2D objects into 3D models, which enables better traceability and effective change management. The digital twin of the building ensures that all project participants can react to changes in real time, which improves the efficiency and success of the project.
